Refund and Exchange Policy

At Gadgets Mania, customer satisfaction matters. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund and exchange process.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly

  • You received the wrong item

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are included

Most electronics stores in Pakistan follow similar requirements for unopened packaging, proof of purchase, and short return windows. 

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Water-damaged or tampered items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Opened personal-use accessories such as earbuds or earphones unless defective

Many tech retailers in Pakistan also restrict returns on opened accessories and used electronics for hygiene and warranty reasons. 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The ordered item is out of stock

  • The product is confirmed faulty and replacement is unavailable

  • The order is cancelled before shipment

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–14 working days.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customers should report issues immediately after delivery

Some Pakistani e-commerce stores also recommend recording an unboxing video for damaged-item claims.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost

  • If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer

This is a common practice among electronics and accessory stores.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a claim:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or social media

  2. Share your order number and issue details

  3. Provide photos or videos if the item is damaged

  4. Our team will guide you through the next steps

8. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Gadgets Mania reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions

  • Policies may be updated without prior notice
